What Is It?
Choose the side (left or right) and the required length. If you do not know the length, please refer to your existing receiver – there will be the number printed in blue (for left ear) and red (for right ear) at the housing of the receiver.
Make sure you have the correct power level. If you have a ‘60’ on the receiver housing, please click here. If your receiver housing has ‘40’ printed on it please order the 50dB power level as Starkey have now phased out this 40dB option. You may need to have your hearing aid re-programmed by your local audiologist or hearing aid dispenser if you are having to make this change.
Please be aware that Starkey Receiver tubes are also available in a Snapfit 50dB version. Unscrew the wire from the hearing aid and look at the joint between the wire and the hearing aid. For a Standard receiver, there will be 2 gold pins, while for a Snapfit receiver you will see 6 sockets.
Unopened packs may be returned for exchange or refund if you have ordered the incorrect size or power level.
