Starkey S Series iQ 7
Please note the S Series iQ has been superseded by the X Series.
When the S Series iQ was introduced in 2010, it offered three levels of technology, the iQ 7 being the basic model. The ‘iQ’ element, referred to the innovative noise reduction feature, which has since become a typical benefit in most of Starkey’s hearing aids.
Eight sound processing channels – allows you the flexibility to individually programme your hearing device to best match your needs.
Feedback cancellation – due to the introduction of PureWave technology, irritating feedback, such as whistling can be eradicated.
Voice iQ – background noise is decreased and speech made clearer.
Sweep Technology – memory settings and volume can be altered easily.
HydraShield – makes your hearing device water and dirt resistant.
A choice of styles to choose from include:
· Behind the Ear – BTE
· Receiver in Canal – RIC
· Completely in Canal – CIC
· In the Canal – ITC
· In the Ear – ITE
· Invisible in Canal – IIC
Also known as the S Series iQ Otolens, the IIC style is beautifully demonstrated in the pioneering version known as Starkey Soundlens.
The S Series iQ has now been superseded by the Starkey X Series. With more innovative features and wireless capability, this new range is worth serious consideration.
