For my review of your service I would rate a high 5! My family and I are very grateful for your excellent service. I had problems in ordering which was purely my own fault and the very next day I received a call from a polite and helpful gentleman who immediately helped to resolve my problem. My order was for wires to clean my step dad’s new hearing aids arrived the following day it was so quick and easy. I think this is a brilliant service and the customer care is totally faultless, I would certainly recommend it. My mother had no idea were to buy these wires for cleaning and within two minutes on the internet I managed to find them straight away so thank you to the very nice polite gentleman who also made my laugh we could do with him within the NHS hospital that I have worked at for 25 years!

On purchase I was advised that delivery could take up to 10 days. Items received 2 days after purchase. Items do ""as it says on the tin"" and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I rate as 5 for customer service. 5 for delivery and 5 for accuracy of the description of the product.
