The product I got is HD 85 for my mother. First few days it was making high whistling sounds. Then I contacted customer support. They were informative in solving this problem. I was sent soft foam wraps which solved the problem for now. My mother can here more clearer and we don't have keep TV volume to maximum. I hope it stays like this.

I bought the HD 85 hearing aid for my mother this Christmas and I was very impressed with the outcome. It really made a huge difference to her & everyone around her. Thank you very much.

Thank You for the HD 85 digital hearing aid the product was excellent my wife was very pleased with it. I will soon be ordering a left one for her as well so I give a 5 for excellent full marks for service as well as for the hearing aid.
