I had been looking for a hearing aid for some time but reluctant to pay the high prices.
I found Hearing Direct and because of the 30 day trial period ordered an HD350.
It was delivered the following day and I found it to be easy and unobstusive to use. I found the service by the audiologist to be exellant.
The HD350 is perfect for me and I would reccomend it to anyone.

went to boots and spec savers both had good hearing tests and offer,d a range of aids but prices are very high fortunate to read about hearing direct in the dailey telegraph web site easy to understand ordered aids delivered with in 48 hours very goo d quality asked question re 1-4 settings via web site reply with in 24 hours excellant.

Acquired my HD 350 in March, decided to go top of the range at the price it is still extremely cheap compared with similar hearing aids from other suppliers.
I liked the idea of no hard sell and the fact there was a 30 day trial, time for me to make sure that the HD 350 was right for me. I had superb advice from audiologist Joan McKechnie whose advice proved to be an invaluable asset to me. I would recommend the HD350 to anyone, even my grandchildren didn't notice that I was wearing a hearing aid. The only problem I have is remembering to take it out before I go to bed :)

I am really pleased with this hearing aid which doesn't screech when I touch it and gives really good clarity. I was quoted £1800 and £3000 from high street shops.

I'm really delighted with this hearing aid. I've never worn an aid before and was pleased how easy it was to use. My only disappointment was with the battery life which only lasts a week with normal use.

I am delighted with my new hearing aid. What a difference! I no longer hear all the unnecessary environment sounds and the clarity is good.

Many thanks for the way that you dealt with my recent order - I would recommend anyone to use your company. My purchase was made after being quoted £2000 for an aid that looks the same but they were going to give me one free! It didn't work with the phone whereas yours do.
