After years of struggling with a hearing aid that cost me a fortune, which I hardly wore as it was so uncomfortable. I decided to try something new. I spoke to Joan who was so helpful & placed my order . I was very impressed with the 30 day money back guarantee & I am thrilled with this aid, it is so comfortable I forget I am wearing it. It is wonderful to be able to hear everything. I did find the first couple of days interesting as there were a lot of sounds I had not heard for a long time. After 1 week I wished I had done this years ago it has made such a difference. I would highly recommend Hearing direct it is an excellent service.

I would rate these hearing aids 5. I received them very quickly after having several
talks with Joan who was very helpful.These are my first hearing aids so I was astonished to find they were so easy to use,I completely forgot that I had them in.They are also very discreet- nobody can see them unless I point them out.

Having previously used more expensive hearing aids and had to go back to the supplier 6 or 7 times for adjustment but still without satisfaction, I can’t tell you how pleased I am with your quick service. After one adjustment my aids are fine.
I am so pleased with them and think they are really good value for money.

Recieved your hearing aid (HD350).I am impressed with the speedy delivery and with the hearing aid which is replacing the NHS one.I have approached other suppliers and the prices were as much as treble of Hearing Direct.So I was a little sceptical about buying on line but your 30 day trial persuaded me to give it a try and I am very pleased with it.I find it easy to handle and comfortable to wear with it being so small and practically undetectable.

After many months ( years?) of the family complaining that I always had tv on to loud I gave in. Every hearing tests suggested I had a problem. These little aids have been wonderful and so much better value than those available in the High Street! The clarity is amazing. Even close family did not realise I was using a hearing aid until I told them. Highly recommended.

I purchased the HD350. I have a problem hearing from my right ear. This made my life difficult especially at work. I attended a well know company and had a hearing test. I was prescribed a hearing device for £800. That night I searched the internet and found hearing direct. I was let's say sceptical. I enquired about the HD350. I spoke to Joan and found the HD350 would suit my needs. The cost less than £300. The device is excellent better quality than the one prescribed by a well known hearing company. The service from hearing direct was excellent. A personal service even though the company is internet based. I am very pleased and would recommend anyone with similar problems to enquire, speak to hearing direct. Many Thanks.

In june I recieved a pamphlet advertising Hearing Direct and I was impressed.I have be using hearing aids for 20years plus but was never 100% satisfied and I spent some £6000 on aids during this time.Apart from one suplier I found that once the audiologist had made the sale they lost interest.After first consulting my family who told me I had nothing to lose so go for it.At beginning of August I made my choice and purchased recieving the aids (HD350s) the very next day.They were so comfortable after having blocks of plastic in my ears for 20years but unfortunately lacked necessary volume.I contacted Joan by e.mail and from then on until November I was given the opportunity to experiment with three types of aid.They were going back and forth for adjustments.changes then adjustments again,always by express delivery.Nothing was too much trouble for Joan,and in her rare absence,Stuart.I was becoming embarrassed at pestering them so much but when Joan was on holiday stuart confirmed what joan had said,that nothing would be too much trouble and Joan would not give up until thing were right and this was certainly proven to be right.I now have a lovely comfortable pair of HD350s which are technically superb and near invisible even though they are behind the ear fitting and,which I find so reasuring,I have instant contact with joan or Stuart by email or phone.If your thinking whether to enquire,DON'T,just go for it,you can't lose.

Brought this hearing aid in september and hand on heart it was the best buy i have made in years you do not need to spend thousends all you need is to know what levels of your hearing is damaged you can take the test on your pc or go get a hearing test and if your hearing loss is in the higher frequencies then this is the place for you plus you can aske them any thing, there is no pressure on you to buy at all i brought the HD.350 AND HAVE NOW BEEN USING IT SINCE SEPTEMBER ITS CHANGED MY LIFE.A HEARING AID IS WHAT IT SAYS AN AID NOT A CURE IF YOU REMEMBER THAT YOUR HALF WAY THERE
