After 20 years of wearing an NHS (non-digital) hearing aid, I took comfort from your 30 day no quibble money back gaurantee and ordered a HD300. The order was completed at 1.00pm Friday, the Aid arrived at 9.45 the following day (standard postage),Good start!!.
It comes in an attractive sturdy storage box, complete with batteries and simple but concise instructions for it's set up and use, Simples!!
The immediate thing I noticed was how POOR my old NHS aid was compared to this peice of electronic wizardry, Getting Better!!
It is comfortable, totally unobtrusive (got mine in charcoal to match my spectacles)and with a little practice, the small controls are easy to find and manipulate even when in position behind my ear, Better Still!!
The biggest revelation is the quality of sound amplification, compared to my old NHS aid it is truly wonderful, most sounds are now "pin sharp", my TV now sits on volume level 12 as opposed to level 20 with the NHS monstrosity, the wife asks me things once, not 3 or 4 times and for the first time in almost 20 years, when the telephone rang downstairs I actually heard it whilst I was upstairs. The world has once again come alive with sound, albeit some of which seem very intrusive at the moment but I will grow accustomed to this as my brain re-adapts to things it hasn't heard for many years. Even Better Still!!
Lastly a few words about Hearing Direct.com, their service so far has been second to none, prior to ordering I asked MANY, MANY questions and all were answered quickly and proffesionaly, nothing seemed to be too much trouble and advice was given even on topics I had not asked about.
As I am a great beleiver in saving the best till last, here goes, Specsavers wanted to sell me an Aid that I am sure was the same as the HD300, it looked the same, had the same features, was even the same colour but one thing did differ, IT WAS £575 MORE, Told you I saved the best till last!!

Having worn hearing aids for a few years, it was time to upgrade to more state-of-the-art instruments to overcome some really frustrating hearing issues. High Street outlets offered some pretty impressive instruments, but did not provide the solution I was looking for. Then I came across Hearing Direct.com, and couldn't believe the price difference. The HD300 opened up a whole new world of sounds (I had not heard in many years) for a fraction of the High Street prices. Now, I can participate in conversations (even in noisy places) with friends and family and enjoy listening to music again.
Customer support from Hearing Direct is excellent, and I was given all the professional advice and help from their audiologist, Joan McKechnie.
This company deserves to be at the top of anyone's list with hearing problems. Many thanks Hearing Direct...

Until I started to wear my HD300 I did not realise how bad my hearing had become.
Listening to radio, cd's and the tv are now so much clearer. Attending meetings I now feel that I am taking a part in the proceedings and I can relate to everyone present.
The service from Hearing Direct.com is first class. Thank you for your help.

The product is great and the service could almost be called personal because the attention to detail is magnificent. Nothing is too much trouble, far better than any shop and much less hassle.......wonderful service I can't do it justice it's so good.

Read about HearingDirect in Basingstoke Gazette and bought an H200. I have used this at the theatre with its loop system and it has worked very well.

Thank you for so much attention. I haven't had this sort of attention since I was a baby in a pram.
The HD300 is now making a real difference to my life and my wife is even happier.

By chance heard about Hearing Direct on Radio 4 and bought a 300 product. Very good service but you should tell more people!
