i have had hearing problems most of my life
hence i have had in the ear hearing aids.
the last couple i have purchased
have been prettty expesive indeed.
there were no reasonably cheap ones on the market then. but now thanks to hearing direct
this company has produced a cracking little hearing aid at asonishingly great price.
it is as good as these high street expensive ones.

Having just received my HD200 after just four days (very impressive as I live in France), I was amazed at how well it fit in my ear, how comfortable it is and the quality of sound is superb. I also thank the customer service team who answered all my questions promptly.

I had to go through a few hearing aids as I prefered the in the ear option than BTE. Joan was totally understanding and really helped. Don't go to other high street chains you'll pay over the odds.

I bought the HD200 aid and found it very clear but it whistled a lot and one day a very helpful lady called Joan called me as a curtesy call to enquire how I was getting on with it. I told her about the whistle and she very kindly sent me a small plastic sleeve to put on the aid. It fitted much better and the whistle was gone for good. It is a great little aid and for the money you can't go wrong. I wish you all the luck in the world with your business. You deserve it Thank you very much Joan for solving my problem.

I upgraded from an HD100 and the HD200 with its volume control works very well for me.
