I received it faster than expeceted! It's a life-changing product! all my life I had someone waking me up due to hard hearing, until the day I received this product. It has definetely facilitated my life and gave me confidence and a great sense of independence. So easy to use, I like the red big numbers and every morning I m more than sure that I will wake up - there's a big party happening under my pillow! Thank you!

When i read the features i thought that would be good for my wife who wears 2 hearing aids. we wanted something which would wake her up but not the neibours. The girl on the phone was very good and went through a number of products.We decided on a vibrating alarm(the wake and shake)It was delivered within 24 hours and is exactly what we required. Very loud alarm which you can alter the volume and the tone, which is goodas my wife cannot hear high piches. it also has a flashing light and very good underpillow vibrator. you can use any or all these functions together. All in all a very good piece of equipment exactly what we required and the service was very good. Well priced, now if i can only get a doorbell instead of using the dog!!!!!!
