5 stars for the supplier as good and fast service. Had to send the first one back though as the conversation kept cutting out for short spells and people could not hear me. Hearing Direct immediately sent a replacement for free. The replacement was an improvement, but still cuts out a bit. However, this only seems to be so when using the loudspeaker. The headset seems to be OK. I decided that although the speaker had these intermittent problems with only some of the people I phoned that I’d keep it because it is the loudest phone I have had and it does not use batteries or a transformer. So because of the misbehaving of the speaker I will give it 4 stars.
I would deal with Hearing Direct again.

The two telephones were a Christmas gift for my Mother. They arrived the day after the order was placed so in time. Fitted foe my Mum and she was so pleased that she shed a tear. If you have no problem with your hearing you dont realize how alone one feels when youn cant use a phone any more or the dread of it ringing. We are so impressed that we will be looking at hearing aids in the New Year. Thank you and Happy New Year to you all

we bought the phone for two elderly aunts who live near us so I will ask them , one of the aunts rang me yesterday using it and was just delighted,she sounded like a child with a new toy which was marvellous and more to the point she could hear me !

Delighted with the phone. My Mum has dementia and hearing loss and needs the simple buttons for dialling and the amplification to hear what people are saying. Her partner has sight loss and needs the large buttons. It's so easy to use and they are delighted with it. They can both now use the phone easily.

I purchased the Geemarc PhotoPhone 100 for my 97 year old mother. It has proved a very successful purchase and I would rate it a definite 5. I must also praise the whole ordering and delivery process. It could not be faulted and I would definitely use you again if necessary and recommend your services.

I recently purchased 2 x Geemarc photophone 100 photo ID amplified telephones and wish to advise you that they are definitely worth a 5 out of 5 on your ratings scale. My elderly mother was having terrible problems with all previous telephones we had installed, but with the large numbers, photo ID facility and improved amplification she is totally amazed at how simple they are to use, the clarity of voices and volume improvement are also added bonuses that make this phone ideal for her, someone with a hearing defect, to use. The low cost of this phone just adds to the overall rating we have given and from us it was complete customer satifaction from order, through delivery to installation and finally utilisation. I am so glad I found your website and will be recommending it to all family and friends.

Geemarc Photophone 100 photo ID amplified telephone rating 5 it has revolutionised telephone calls for my elderly mother (91) who used to insist on taking out her hearing aids to answer the phone and so she could not hear anything – now we can ring her and have a proper conversation!! No more fumbling with the hearing aids or the handset she just presses the button and can relax while talking – BRILLIANT
Probably the only downside is more and longer calls but a much happier person –THANKYOU
