I bought this telephone for my mother as she is deaf, has been for over 30 years. However, she rented her previous telephone from BT, which had an applifier. Now she can make calls and have her privacy without others in the room hearing the conversation. This has brought a new life to her, calling her friends etc.
She absolutely loves it, also no more renting through BT. She is also letting her friends know of Hearing Direct, so they to can have their own privacy.

I would just like to say that the telephone I purchased from you is great. My parents are both very hard of hearing and their old phone was a nightmare. They would put it on hands free as that was the only way they could hear anyone calling but then the conversation kept breaking up and the call quality was dreadful.
Since I installed their new phone it has been a dream, no more shouting to make myself heard. It is now a pleasure to call them.

Very impressed with the very fast delivery and the phone itself is perfect for my 97 year old nan who I can now have a reasonable conversation with.

I ordered the dallas phone for a 93 yr old lady i clean for whom i also visit or speak to her on the phone regulare. she was having trouble hearing on one phone her son e mailed me from usa thinking it was phone line. got intouch with your company and ordered phone on line. arrived in few days now she can here everyone on phone wich is great. also iphoned customer care up to make sure order went through and they were extremley helpfull and emaild me when phone had been shipped out many thanks.

The Dallas 100 VM geemarc telephone is first class one of its attributes being that it does not require a mains connection.
It was delivered very swiftly so that I rate your service as excellent.

Ordered this phone for my 87 year old father. He has been having trouble for awhile hearing the phone ring and if he heard it, had trouble hearing who was on the other end. As he lives on his own it was a real concern. I ordered him this phone and within two days it was delivered to him. I got a phone call as soon as my brother connected it from my father and it was the first time for as long as I can remember that we had a conversation without me keep repeating myself. My dad is over the moon.... I tested it today and it took him awhile to answer it and I was beginning to think... here we go again...but it was because he had been upstairs that it taken him so long.... he was delighted that he could even hear it from there! Thank you so much..... you have made an old man ( and his family ) very happy.

Thanks so much for making my mums life easier. We have tried numerous telephones, all supposedly had a loud ring tone etc but to no avail. My mum can now communicate with the outside world - once again thanks for making my life easier.

I bought this phone for my 94 year old Mother. It is very easy to use, with big buttons. The 'ringer' bell is loud and good for her. As the caller, her voice is clear and of good volume. As the receiver, she find the volume adequate and an improvement on her old phone. The website was easy to navigate and Hearing Direct were extremely efficient in posting the phone with very prompt delivery. Overall an excellent buying experience.
