Thank you, the phone we received was for my daughter who is registered deaf, but with that phone she can now use and hold a conversation with people once again thanks , my rating would be 5 for the mobile phone

The phone is easy to set up and operate. The buttons are a good size and the display is clear and simple. The volume in the ear piece is adjustable and is loud and clear. I purchased this phone for my mother who uses hearing aid, without them a TV set to a normal volume is silent to her but she is able to hear a conversation on this phone without her hearing aids. The trouble is, to have a conversation you first need to know your phone is ringing and this is where the phone is let down. Choosing what we consider to be the loudest of the limited selection of ringtone when sat in the comfort of the armchair, the ringer is just not loud enough when out and about and the phone is in a pocket or hand bag. I have tested different tones by calling the phone whilst in the supermarket and it is just not loud enough to catch the attention of someone who is hard of hearing, even with hearing aids in. As a phone aimed at the hard of hearing market, it scores on conversation but is unfortunately let down by the ringer volume.

The product I am reviewing is the Geemarc Clearsound CL8300 Extra Loud Mobile Phone which, was purchased for my elderly mother (79 yrs old) who is profoundly deaf and without her hearing aid can hear nothing at all.
I would give this product a 5 (excellent) as she has expressed that it is easy to use and she can hear clearly without having to use the amplification feature when located in a quite area, she was unable to do this with her previous mobile designed for deaf use, so all in all an excellent product at present as we have only had it a week but so far, all good.

Many thanks for supplying me with a fantastic phone.
It was for my Dad, who is now 89 yrs old and it is making such a difference to his life now. Wait till he gets to gripps with all the buttons and there will be no stopping him.
I rate it excellent and give it 5 and thank you so much for the peace of mind that we as a family have, knowing we can contact my Dad at any time knowing that he can actually hear the mobile ringing.
