The CL100 is an easy to use big button telephone and is fully hearing aid compatible for interference free hearing. It has a receiving volume of up to 30dB making it easy to hear and adjustable tone control means you can adjust the pitch of the receiving sound to customise it to your hearing loss. Features also include visual ringer indicator, so you can see clearly that your phone is ringing, 9 direct memories, 3 emergency buttons and it is wall mountable. This telephone does not require a power adaptor and is suitable for mild to moderate hearing loss.
Fully compatible with BT phone lines. 
Hearing aid compatible for those hearing aid wearers using their ‘T’ setting.

Just like to say that I read the reviews of other customers and bought this phone as a result of the positive feedback. My father in law suffers badly from tinnitus and mother in law wears hearing aids - they are both 87 but find the phone clear to use and clear to listen to. I was very pleased with the prompt service and delivery of the phone and they are both really satisfied with it - they still dont listen but that is their choice not the phone's fault!! Many thanks for your help and clear advice on the website

The product I ordered was the phone with large numbers, and warning light.
The item arrived very promptly, by return and was easy to put in place for my 87 year old mother in law.
I rate your service with a 5. Very pleasing and reassuring thank you.

I bought this telephone for my father after his previous amplified phone broke down. The CL100 is an excellent replacement. My choice was limited as I needed one that didn’t need to be plugged in to an electric socket. The CL00 is extremely easy to set up and use and my father is delighted as it is compatible with his digital hearing aids, and he comments, ‘that for the first time in years I can actually use a phone and hear all the conversation’. As his daughter I am delighted that one he can hear on the phone but also that the ringing bell is loud and clear and my dad can actually hear the phone ringing. An excellent purchase at a very reasonable £39.00.
I also want to comment that the staff I spoke to on the phone were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and signposted me to the right product. The phone arrived within 48 hours of placing the order.
Dad and I will be sitting down to look at other products from Hearing Direct in the near future.

Thank you for my phone, it arrived Fri 15th and was very easy to set up. Excellent sound and good volume.
