I purchased a Photophone 300 Amplified phone for my elderly hard of hearing mother , the phone layout itself was excellent showing large pre programmed buttons that were easy to use by an elderly person. However when I tried out this phone the amplification was not loud enough. I spoke to Joan who couldn’t have been more helpful. She sent out duplicate phones in case there “was a bad batch”. When the duplicate phones weren’t any louder she sent out a Geemarc Clearsound Amplipower 50 Telephone as she thought this might suite my mother’s needs better. All this without asking for further payment, a rare commodity in this day and age. All parcels arrived in time for Christmas and I was delighted to see that the Geemarc Clearsound Amplipower 50 Telephone fitted the bill for my elderly , hard of hearing mother perfectly. I would highly recommend this phone and the customer care given was superb.
