We were very satisfied with our telephone - order no: 13865. it was good to be told that the order was being processed so that we know when to expect it.
We had discussed our needs with our daughter, who herself has hearing difficulties, and we decided that this could answer our needs. It has been in use for some weeks now, and we consider it has lived up to expectations,

I have to say I am very impressed with the service of Hearing Direct - would give it a 5 :)
While browing the nice and clear website I used the 'online chat help' service and they were helpful in narrowing my choice of telephone systems down by instantly answering my questions Also the comfort of knowing a full refund would be available if not satisfied and the offer of being able to ring a free phone helpline.
The ordering was easy and then several emails were sent updating me on the status of the order, ie being despatched, shipped etc The parcel came within the time frame with no problems
I have purchased an Amplidect 285 twin system which I would give the rating of 3 to 4, it is a very good system especially with its features of volume and tone control, big screen and numbers. For me personally who has dual sight and hearing problems would have liked the ringing volume even louder (I know there are other products louder but dont have the integral answering machine), plus I liked some of the sample melodies upon choosing a ring tone however it didnt sound the same when selected. Again with my personal visual problems I can see things best when its black on white so even though I like the sizing of numbers they are not so clear on a silver background - although they look good! The screen also having the red colour with the text on top is not so clear as black on white. But overall still a good product
