I needed a phone for my dad's occasional use, especially when he goes out walking on his own. He's hard of hearing and a bit shaky so it needed to be very user friendly. The M7000i fitted the bill and has proved it when 'road tested'. Very satisfied. The chat service from Hearing Direct was very helpful.

Following the excellent write -up in Which? May 2013 I ordered this 'phone as it appeared to tick all the boxes for me , i.e. didn't want camera or radio etc. For anyone else with my requirements , Look no further! It has it all. Have had it for over a year now.
Service by "Hearing Direct" could not be bettered!

I was quite sceptical about buying this mobile because I had bad experiences with other t-loop devices.
Their audio quality was so bad that they were useless.
I have been surprised to see that this mobile has a very good t-loop support instead.
Sound is clear and you don't have to chase the right way to handle it to get good audio.
Since the hearing aids silence environment noise when the t-loop is on, you hear only the person you are on the phone with.
This makes things much easier when you are in a noisy environment.
The mobile comes with an emergency call function that is useless in my case because you can't call public emergency numbers with it.
But it could be useful to others.

Thank you so much for sending the new phone / charger and cradle following my email.
The new charger and cradle are much better - this one is charging much more quickly and holding the charge better
Thank you so much for your quick attention and for sorting it for me.
