I purchased this clock for my 90 year old neighbour who is deaf in both ears. She was overlaying and missing her morning appointments etc which was causing her stress. she had tried several other different clocks but the alarms on them was still not loud enough to wake her.
I did some research on the internet and came across your site.
We liked the idea that it had a cordless vibrating pad which nobody else did, and the different tone to suit your personal hearing and the clock had other features which were good, big face, big switches, lights and simple to use with a 30-day return policy with freepost.
I placed my order with one of your staff who was very helpful and polite. The clock arrived quickly and well packed.
I went through the operating instructions with her and we gave it a try.
This clock has woken her up every time she has needed it.
She was also eligible for a VAT refund on her purchased which made it even cheaper.
You kept me informed by email the order, when it was dispatched and when the VAT was refunded.
