This is an easy to use corded phone which has incredible volume level, up to 15 times louder than standard phones so it is ideal for all levels of hearing loss. In addition there is a built in answering machine and three picture memory buttons for ease of use to enable programming of popular numbers. To make a call – just press the picture and the phone calls the pre-programmed number. The PowerTel 68 also has an extra loud ring, a powerful hands free speakerphone and bright illumination to its large keypad. It also features voice prompts to the keypad and Caller ID.
Fully compatible with BT phone lines. 
Hearing aid compatible for those hearing aid wearers using their ‘T’ setting.

I received this hard of hearing phone a couple of weeks ago and it is a real delight to have. Not only do the buttons light up green in the dark. They have big buttons which helps my wife as she dislikes the kind of buttons you get on mobiles. It also has an answer machine and a day/date reminder. Numbers to family and friends can be saved, it doesn't have to be f&f, it can be anyone.
There are three buttons above the keypad where you can put a picture of the person's number you have saved. Press this and the number is dialled instantly. This is a must have phone even if you are not deaf/hard of hearing as the reception is clear and you don't even have to pick up the phone to talk. You can use the speaker button.
I think the rating of this phone has got to be a five but if the rating was to be higher and because my wife has a problem hearing on the phone and hasn't made one complaint since we received it, I would personally give it a 10/10.

We bought this phone for my partner's 94 year old mother & it has improved her experience of telephone calls considerably , thank you for your good service & communication . I would give the apparatus a score of 4 ( 1 mark deducted for the somewhat harsh tone ) .In all other respects , it was perfect .

This is a review for a Amplicom PowerTel 68 Plus Big Button Amplified Phone and I would have to give the process a 5 as there were no issues with the ordering on line, the delivery or the product.
The phone was easy to set up and easy for my 91 year old mother to use. She can hear the people talking on the phone much better now with the hearing amplifier and the picture ‘hot key’ are a real bonus for her to use.

Thank you for the prompt deliveryof my Power Tel 68 plus, which todate I have found most satisfactory and from my early use would rate it at 5, a g reat improvement on my previous telephone.

My wife is totally deaf in one ear and has minimal hearing with the help of a hearing aid in the other. With this phone she is now able to chat easily with her friends and family.

My order was received 24 hours after I placed the order so I was very pleased. (5) for that
Product is good but when the volume is increased there is a lot of crackling so it doesn’t really help as much as I had thought. Easy to use though so overall a score of 3-4
