I purchased seven packs of Hearing Aid batteries PR312 very recently. Firstly, I found they were much cheaper than buying the same from the Hearing Aid Centre where I purchased both hearing aids. The reason I purchased them from Hearingdirect was because I have recently had a knee operation and have been unable to get out but I have discovered a good product with a very reasonable price and delivery was the following day. Who could ask for any better service than that? You shall certainly be hearing from me again.

This is the first time I have used your service and I am most impressed: the website was easy to use and provided the information I needed to order suitable batteries at a competitive price. They were delivered the next day and the email messages keeping me informed of order progress were reassuring and accurate. Well done and well worth a "5" for excellent service.

I live in Spain and I have 2 hearing aid ,the price of batteries over here are very dear,so it was with relief that i found
Hearing Direct on line, plus they delivered to spain. I placed my order 60 radvac 312 batteries which were here within 7 days .
I rate the service i have recieved a very big 5.

I received my batteries on time and I have started to use them and monitor their performace against the old batteries but as you will realise this will take a bit of time.
They were well packaged and received intact.
Rating of your service would be a 5.

Thank you for the way you dealt with my request for hearing aid batteries.I received them in less than a week and I am extremely satisfied with the performance of the batteries.I will not hesitate to use you again when the time comes.Needless to say I rate your service as a 5.

I recently ordered a number of batteries (20 packs of Size 312) and 5 packs of Cerustop Wax Guards. Cannot comment on quality etc since have not used them but can only assume they are OK since they are from top quality manufacturers.
I live in Nigeria and was running out of batteries which I cannot source here but since a colleague was travelling to UK for Xmas I decided to make a purchase from you on line with delivery to his house in London. He would only be in UK for the week after Xmas so time was tight. I ordered the goods on Wednesday 21 December hoping that you would be able to deliver by the following week so I elected to pay for First Class Post despite having heard stories of a probable backlog over this period.
On Friday December 23 he called me to say that the package had been delivered to his house that morning. To say the least I was amazed and can only congratulate your company on providing an exceptionally good service. I shall obviously use you in future. You certainly deserve a 5+++ for service!

A local retailer has to charge £4.99 a pack against you £1.49 a pack
