I am 89 and have recently acquired a Doro phone easy 409 gsm. I am delighted with it; it is easy to use, I can hear reasonably well (I have problems with deafness), it is small and very compact. My only problem at the moment is getting lower case when texting - it is all in upper case.

I am delighted with the Doro PhoneEasy 409 I recently purchased, and give it a score of 5+. As it name implies it is a easy phone to operate, so simple and NO gimmicks. Good loud voice, very clear screen and sensible size keys. Just what an oldie of 82 with hearing problems needs. And thanks for the VAT return. Not widely known. Many thanks for your very efficient service. Derek Clark
